I’m so happy to be able to provide these show notes for y’all again this week. Of course, if you have any questions or comments, don’t hesitate to contact me!
Still none this week :)
Works in Progress
I’m officially obsessed with Toni of TL Yarn Craft’s patterns, and I am so excited to have learned a new stitch!
I have gotten a LOT of questions about my hooks lately, so here is the set I use and recommend!
I kinda totally failed at my daily goal this week, but oh well. I’m hoping to get this blanket finished very very soon!
I am SO excited to see this growing! It is amazing!
Designing these socks with my friend Eden’s yarn! Be sure to check out her shop here.
We are leaving on a trip this week, and I plan to bring socks and dishcloths!
Honestly, this week was *intense.* I had a cold, school is very difficult, long but so good work days, poison ivy, allergic reaction to something unknown…it was just a lot.
Yet, I surprised myself. There were definitely some really hard moments, but I wasn’t “overwhelmed.” I’ve worked so hard the last couple years to practice gratitude above all else, and to be LIVING with a heart focused on being grateful is the best feeling.
So, in the midst of a lot of unfortunate and unexpected things, I was grateful. Grateful for a body that will be just fine, and modern medicine. Grateful to have a job that I treasure and hold dear. Grateful for school and all I’ve learned, that it’ll end soon, and that I know it is all worth it. Grateful for the community I’ve built and this business I get to keep building. Grateful to visit with family, even if it wasn’t how I originally planned it. Grateful that my Jesus is my purpose and my joy and my satisfaction. Grateful that HE is enough.
I encourage you to practice being grateful, because it changes everything in the most beautiful and impactful ways!
