Devotion:
For devotional this week, I wanted to talk briefly about a passage that stood out to me in Psalms this week. Psalms 86:11-13 says, “Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name. I will praise you, Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever. For great is your love toward me; you have delivered me from the depths, from the realm of the dead.
I LOVE this passage. Like so many other verses, chapters, and passage in the Bible, it so clearly states what we’re called to do as His children. We’re called to continually seek His guidance, always be faithful, have an undivided heart towards Him even in this world, fear him, praise Him, and glorify Him always. All of this because He has redeemed us from sin and death, and loves us unconditionally. How beautiful. How wonderful. I pray God speak to you through these words!
Until next time,
