Pattern Notes

  • Find the yarn featured in this pattern here.

  • This dishcloth is worked in rows. Be sure to turn your work after completing each row.

  • When finished and worked to pattern, this dishcloth measures 8 inches square. To make the dishcloth smaller/larger, simply work less/more increase rows. Note that any changes will affect your required yardage.

CO 3 sts

Rows 1-39

k1, kfb, k till end (42 sts)

Rows 40-79

k1, k2tog, k till end (3 sts)

Bind off all sts

Cut yarn, and weave in any ends.

Dishcloths aren’t typically in need of blocking, but feel free to do so. If you chose a 100% cotton yarn, I recommend simply washing these dishcloths in the washer and dryer just like clothes. They will last for years to come!
